Think Like a CxO with AI Agents and Workflows

How can a CEO effectively drive adoption across their organization?

We are already seeing two competing  narratives emerging from the C-Suite: A fear-based story where AI threatens jobs versus an empowerment story where AI fuels innovation.

Great leaders are choosing to inspire. They are empowering their teams to take advantage of the opportunity that AI creates for skill building and career development. The core theme of this narrative is to challenge each individual to think like a CxO with AI agents and workflows.

What do we mean by that:? With AI automation, team members who want to grow their career should start thinking more strategically, just like a CxO. The big strategic question is how can they become AI champions, helping move their organization from outsourcing work to agencies, and bringing that in-house with AI agents and workflows.

Let's take the example of marketing. If a rising star in marketing is thinking like a CMO, you can imagine them becoming a one-person agency. We call this AI Insourcing. If they have been outsourcing certain functions like product marketing strategy, content creation, and lead generation, they can now bring all of those functions back in house by leveraging AI for each and every step in the process.

Sales, finance, legal, and other functions can do the same, turning AI into a powerful in-house capability that enables leaner, more scalable, and more profitable businesses.
